What is Chip Seal?
Chip sealing is a heavy layer of heated asphalt liquid sprayed on the road, parking lot ,or driveway surfaces followed by a placement of small aggregate chips. After the first process, then comes the compaction equipment, to adhere the chips to the liquid for the finished product.

If you have an old asphalt or concrete driveway that has cracks ,broken areas ,or sunken sections ,chip seal is a very good option with most repairs or replacement done in a few hours.Do you have a gravel driveway that is needing extra base or just needing to be graded?
